Shipping policy

We ship via Australia Post.

We take special care to ensure your product is carefully packed to avoid any damage. However, we do rely on couriers to take care of your goodies as well.

In the unfortunate event of your product arriving broken, please email us a photo of the damage within 24 hours and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

If you are local, you will be happy to hear that we offer free local pick up.

When your order is ready you will receive a notification. To make pick up arrangements, please reach out on social media to organise a time.
